National Development Minister Desmond Lee has said that Singapore will need to be more flexible and resilient in using land for the future. He said this is due to the intense pressures on the limited space. Mr Lee said the country has to be clear about the context and constraints it faces. Only then can the most appropriate strategy be taken. Mr Lee was speaking at a dialogue held as part of Biodiversity Week at Nanyang Technological University.
