Singapore is recommending a COVID-19 booster dose for children aged five to 11, and exploring jabs for those as young as six months old. This is to guard against uncertainties as the country takes a significant step towards living with COVID-19. And for older adults, the multi-ministry taskforce is recommending a second booster for those aged 60 and above. Meanwhile, from Aug 29, masks will no longer be required indoors or out, except in two key settings: On public transport and in healthcare facilities.
