Singapore must find new ways to build a more resilient economy that can withstand frequent shock waves. Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat said that a solution lies in a “networked ecosystem”, with strong links and shared values between the Government, industries and workers. He was speaking at a high-level business summit.
