With the easing of Singapore’s COVID-19 measures and reopening of more sectors of the economy, there are more than 3,000 vacancies in the hospitality sector alone. Trade associations are calling on the Government to redeploy COVID-19 support workers to help ease the manpower crunch in the services sector.
