Singapore is in danger of not winning gold in any of the women’s table tennis events at the 31st SEA Games. They have lost to Thailand in the doubles final, after Sunday’s defeat in the team event to the same opponents. The team are feeling the effects of the absence of Lin Ye, who had to pull out just before the games. Meanwhile, the men’s team took the doubles gold, with Clarence Chew and Ethan Poh defeating their opponents from the Philippines.
