BREAKING: From Tuesday (Mar 29), social gatherings in up to groups of 10 will be allowed in Singapore, up from five. Wearing of masks outdoors will also be optional and 75% of employees can return to their workplaces. Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong announced these changes to Singapore’s safe management measures during a televised address to the nation on Thursday (Mar 24).
