North Korea could be preparing for an intercontinental ballistic missile test, even as it tackles its first COVID-19 outbreak. But authorities in Pyongyang claimed the coronavirus situation is improving, and that new infections have declined this week. However, experts in Seoul are doubtful that the situation is under control, and are concerned as the North has limited medical supplies and no vaccine programme in place.
