A manhunt continues in New York for the perpetrator behind a mass shooting on a subway in Brooklyn on April 12. Police have identified a person of interest. They said 62-year-old Frank James had rented a van that was found abandoned about 8km from the subway station. During the morning rush hour, the gunman set off two smoke bombs and fired a barrage of bullets in a packed train, injuring at least 20 people. Ten people were hit directly by gunfire, and five are in critical condition.
