Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is expected to provide evidence of war crimes carried out by Russian troops and seek punishment in an address to the United Nations Security Council — his first since Moscow’s invasion in February. Mr Zelenskyy will report first hand about his recent visit to Bucha, where dozens of bodies were discovered. Russia has faced international condemnation for the killings, but it has denied responsibility. Meanwhile, NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg has addressed the media ahead of a NATO foreign ministers’ meeting in Brussels.
