Growing fears that a COVID-19 lockdown will be imposed in China’s Guangzhou. The city has shut schools and is tightening travel curbs to keep the coronavirus at bay. Guangzhou has reported a few dozen cases, compared to more than 26,000 in the financial hub of Shanghai.
