Singapore’s Circle Line will be completed in 2026. Currently, the MRT line has no link between its two ends, HarbourFront and Marina Bay stations. To complete the full circle, three new stations will be added. The Circle Line intersects Singapore’s entire whole rail network. This means commuters can take many routes to the same destination if there’s disruption on any line. Transport Minister S Iswaran said it’s how Singapore has planned for more transport resilience. The Circle Line will have 33 stations and stretch over 40 kilometres when completed.
